Description

I just found out that in performance_tutorial page, we have a section for hardware testing.
Thx to Prof. Kuan-Chou Lai  from National Taichung University of Education kindly provide the hardware for testing, but it seems the link for his school and his personal page's link is no longer exist.

Therefore, I've updated the link for it.
