Description

The root queue includes the "students_resources"queue and the "staff_resources" queue.
There are two groups which are the "students" group and the "staff" group.
The user "teacher1"  belonging to "staff" submits an application into the "staff_resources" queue.
The user "student1" belonging to "students" submits a sleep application into the "students_resources"queue.

The user "assistant1" belonging to both groups separately submits an application into queues.
