Description
- go fmt generates tabs instead of spaces. as a result, whitespace should also prefer tabs over spaces in Go lang files
- multiple filenames aren't really supported without very careful regex handling. let's make it easier
- the line commentator can take up a ton of cycles (esp during qbt runs). we should disable it if it isn't necessary
- shelldocs should be disabled
- some minor shellcheck issues
