      Apache Yetus' Docker support now handles SIGTERM and SIGINT, killing any spawned docker instance when either is received.

      Description

      It's been known for a while that Jenkins can't abort docker containers launched by precommit. We should write a wrapper that catches interrupts and kills the container for Jenkins.
