      While preparing the release candidate (by executing ./build.sh --release) I am seeing these issues as reported by rat-check at the end
      1. A binary file is getting included
      B target/bin-unpack/yetus-0.4.0/lib/release-doc-maker/utils.pyc

      A possible solution is described in comment-2
