Description

Over on HBASE-15481, the javadoc plugin gave a correct -1 on a particular module and then gave an incorrect +1 overall for the patch.

-1	javadoc	2m 34s	hbase-server-jdk1.8.0 with JDK v1.8.0 generated 8 new + 1 unchanged - 0 fixed = 9 total (was 1)
+1	javadoc	0m 26s	the patch passed with JDK v1.8.0
-1	javadoc	3m 8s	hbase-server-jdk1.7.0_79 with JDK v1.7.0_79 generated 8 new + 1 unchanged - 0 fixed = 9 total (was 1)
+1	javadoc	0m 34s	the patch passed with JDK v1.7.0_79
