Description

Right now the LICENSE/NOTICE included in the binary tarball is just the one from our source, which includes entries for

• Bootstrap: Copyright (c) 2011-2015 Twitter, Inc
• GLYPHICONS FREE: Copyright (c) 2010-2015 Jan Kovarik
• Font Awesome: Copyright (c) 2015 Dave Gandy
• JQuery: Copyright jQuery Foundation and other contributors

Currently, those items are not included.

Either include them (the html from our docs does reference them) or update the LICENSE/NOTICE to excise their entries.
