A new option to send the output of docker build to a log. This option is automatically enabled on Travis CI as it kills jobs that send too much data to console (~30k).

Description

Travis CI now fails with "The job exceeded the maximum log length, and has been terminated." during the docker build. So let's provide an option to not print it.
