Description

Precondition:
1. ResourceManager HA is enable;
2. ResourceManager and Timeline Server are not on the same node.

Appearance:
The link address of the user and queue will return an unknown jump address.

Reason:
If ResourceManager and Timeline Server are not on the same node, the currentRMId will return null.
