Major Description
System administrator can change auxiliary service by configuration and restart node managers for the change to take effect. The new auxiliary service design allows service manifest file to be stored in hdfs or local file system. This task is to create a set of REST API to update auxiliary service manifest file, and communication protocol to notify NMs to reload auxiliary services.
