Description

Component instance page has "node" and "host". These two fields are representing "bare_host" and "hostname" respectively.

From UI2 page thats not clear. Thus, table content need to be changed to "bare host" from "node" .

This page also has "Host URL" which is hard coded to N/A. Thus, removing this field from table.
