Node manager is no longer required to store ContainerToken as it is required only during startContainer call.

    Description

      The Container token is no longer required to be saved on node manager side. Should be removed from NMContainerTokenSecretManager. Earlier this was required for authentication but now it is no longer required for authentication after YARN-613
