[YARN-8497] ATSv2 HBase tests failures with 'Incorrect response from timeline reader'

Description

Going ahead from YARN-8492, still some tests are failing with "Incorrect response from timeline reader. Status=500" which need to be investigated.

Below Test classes are failing with IOException. This looks like regression recently, and need to identify which commit broke this tests.
