Description

We need to support control queues' yarn.scheduler.maximum-allocation-mb or yarn scheduler.maximum-allocation-vcores

conf fine-grained  and it will enabling us to support large cpus or large memory containers based on the characteristics of the label machine bound by the queue.  In this way user can use resources wisely.
