Node attributes error handling based on RM validation response

    Description

      When NM reports its distributed attributes to RM, RM needs to do proper validation of the received attributes, if attributes were not valid or failed to update, RM needs to notify NM about such failures. Such validation needs to be also done in NM registration as well.

      This JIRA tracks how NM re-act against RM response, probably we can display some info through UI/metrics/log etc.
