    Description

      There 2 findbugs warning in hadoop-yarn-client since switched to spotbugs

      1. Possible exposure of partially initialized object in org.apache.hadoop.yarn.client.api.impl.YarnClientImpl.getTimelineDelegationToken()
      2. Useless condition: it's known that isAppFinished == false at this point
