    Description

      Currently, the service REST API doesn't have a way to specify the YARN related params (i.e. all the fields in ApplicationSubmissionContext). It does have a configuration section. But that's intended for deployed apps.
      We probably need to create a new config section targeted for the app itself, i.e. AM
