Description

Today the RM will fail and exit on the first application recovery failure. It is often desirable to know the full list of applications that would fail recovery. This JIRA proposes to add a CLI option to have the RM complete recovery regardless of failures and then exit after printing the full list of applications that could not be recovered along with reasons.
