    Description

      This JIRA tracks the returning of SubClusterId from FederationStateStoreFacade#addApplicationHomeSubCluster.
      in the design of YARN-3659, to handle better fail-over scenario the response needs SubClusterId. This is bubbling up the change in YARN-5519.
