Description

Queues page:

• Reorder contents in existing Queues page, and Improve UI components
• On clicking a queue, the user must be taken to the respective queue's details page.
• Display queue details on mouseover
• The bar and doughnut charts doesn't update on queue change, that needs to be fixed

Queue details page:

• Add a sub-page for all applications running under the queue
