Description

Steps to reproduce
===============
1.Configure HA setup with 2 NM
2.AM allocated memory 1024 MB in CS
3.Submit 5 pi jobs in parallel
4.2 AM runs in parallel

Expected :

Only for running Applications Tracking Url/AM link should be shown

Actual:

For all 5 application ApplicationMaster link shown
For application unassigned with AM Tracking URL should be shown as UNASSIGNED
