Description

AppLogAggregatorImpl fails to log the error if it is unable to create LogWriter.
Below is the log output:
LogAggregationService #24011 ERROR logaggregation.AppLogAggregatorImpl: Cannot create writer for app <app_id>. Disabling log-aggregation for this app.
