    Description

      As YARN continues to cover new ground in terms of new workloads, disk is becoming a very important resource to govern.

      It might be prudent to start with something very simple - allow applications to request entire drives (e.g. 2 drives out of the 12 available on a node), we can then also add support for specific iops, bandwidth etc.
