NM class is missing in the classpath and thus fails to start -

PS D:\> cmd /c $Env:HADOOP_HOME\bin\yarn.cmd nodemanager
Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.nodemanager.NodeManager
