Description

Currently in MemoryFederationStateStore and ZookeeperFederationStateStore, we only store the mapping relationship between Application and SubClusterId.
In the future, we need more attributes, such as the create time of the Application, the state of the Application, and the router information of the Application. We need to refactor the ApplicationHomeSubCluster CRUD Methods to support the direct use of the ApplicationHomeSubCluster object.
