Description

When I read the code, I found that the Router uses RMWebAppUtil#setupSecurityAndFilters of RM, which means that if the Router Web wants to enable security-related functions, 
it needs to set the parameters of the RM, which seems unreasonable. The Router should have independent parameters to control Router Web security.
