[Federation] Refactoring Yarn Router's Node Web Page.

1.Router's Node Web Page is more similar to RM's Node Web Page, showing Cluster Metrics, Cluster Nodes Metrics, Scheduler Metrics
2.The information of the cluster is displayed under the list
