Log aggregation create dir throw failed to setup application log directory, but the log dir not deleted.

    Description

      As follows log aggregation create dir throw failed to setup application log directory :

      But actually the log not deleted, i will cause a lot undeleted dirs in large cluster, it will be heavy when the cluster is long running app cluster (such as flink):
