Description

In Federation Setup, In the event of a RM switchover in a subcluster the interceptor for that subcluster in FederationInterceptorREST doesnt get updated. Due to this, Cluster Nodes REST API doesnt return the nodes from the subcluster in which the RM switchover has occured.
