[XW-796] Expression validation on a non-alias file get validated on alias file as well, thus giving 2 error messages

Description

I have only one expression validation in non-alias file. From what I understand, the validations in my alias file would be checked on top of those in the non-alias file. Thus the expression validation should only run once.

The field validations run once and give only 1 error message, but expression validation would run twice (and thus giving 2 same error messages), strange.
