Since I'm found this !

"This is a recorded issue against the REC [1] – an erratum is pending
(pattern is OK on all lists, including xs:NMTOKENS etc.)" [1]

Xerces doesn't report error when you set a patern facet to a list derivation
simpleType. (Xerces report no error about using pattern facet but validation
ignore the pattern)
