[XERCESJ-1459] XML Schema API exposes whitespace facet for xs:anySimpleType and xs:anyAtomicType, but those types have no facets.

Description

The XSSimpleTypeDefinitions for xs:anySimpleType and xs:anyAtomicType report that they have a whitespace facet. These types have no facets. The XML Schema API should also report that they have none.
