Description

The links on this page say they are for Xerces 2.4, but they are really 2.5.
This is extra unfortunate since Xalan 1.7 requires 2.4 and not 2.5 and I can't
find 2.4 for Win32 anywhere.

Backwards compatibility is an underrated feature.
