[XBEAN-89] Type.isCollection actually tests if its a List

Description

I'm trying out xbean on apacheds and they have a bunch of properties that are Sets not Lists. Type.IsCollection() actually tests if the Type is a List. Changing it to what it says makes xbean generate the expected xsd.
