Window with width and height missing fail to show up in Internet Explorer

      Description

      When placing a new window on the screen with no width and height specified, in IE the window shows up as infinitely thin (1px wide). The window looks like the intendended default (200x100) in firefox.

        This code uses the supplied values for width and height when possible, using the style width and height for the other value, since in IE the clientHeight and clientWidth can be 0 for some situations where the window is initialized and still off the screen.
