Similar to Bugzilla bug 7885. Need TestDTMIterator!

Given the following source document base on the following:
"<?xml version=\"1.0\"?>\n"+
"<Document>"+
"<A><B><C><D><E><F/></E></D></C></B></A><Aa/>"+
"</Document>";

The created iterator will output the root document (#document) twice.
