Publish Xalan 2.7.1 on Maven central repository

    Description

      I would like to kindly ask Xalan developers to put 2.7.1 release into following directory:
      /www/people.apache.org/repo/m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository/xalan

      So it can be published on Maven's central repository.
