Remove test cases from Windows project files

      Description

      Remove most of the test projects from the Windows VC6 workspaces and VC7.1 solutions. This is because some of the projects require updating, but the utility is limited. These tests are not currently part of general make targets used on other platforms.

        Actually, we need to do the same for the Visual Studio .NET files (VC7). I can take care of those once you commit this patch.
