I'm not aware of any. Did you get signed up? If not, I can file an issue with SF and add you by hand.

A note to SF would be nice, i cant belive its an issue only affecting myself, i tried it from several providers, every time the email bounces...

Thx for adding to user maillist ....

Ok. I e-mailed Rickard. He owns the mailing list. I'll let you know. In addition, I'll submit an issue to SF.

I assume you tried to subscribe online through SF via http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/webwork-user.

for the first time, i really read my bounce messsage, i get
        the following:

        webwork-user@lists.sourceforge.net:
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:
        <webwork-user@lists.sourceforge.net>:
        host mail.sourceforge.net [216.136.171.198]:
550-Host moutvdom00.kundenserver.de [195.20.224.149] is not permitted to send mail to or through\r
        550-usw-sf-list1.sourceforge.net. \r
        550-Blackholed - see <URL:http://mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup?195.20.224.149>\r
        550 mail from 195.20.224.149 rejected:
        administrative prohibition (host is blacklisted)

Host is blacklisted, this is crazy, cause the SMTP Server belongs
to the biggest german Webspace Provider with aprox. 1 Million Domains.

This would mean that nearly the complete german online community
        cant subscribe to sourceforge

        Here is SF's response.

They're in the RBL. We use the RBL to reduce spam.
Therefore... You must contact the RBL.

Go to the url they provided and it'll tell you WHY its
        blacklisted...
