Description

org.apache.struts2.dispatcher.Dispatcher use MultiPartRequest instance instead of name WW-3363,then all requests will reuse this singleton,at least default implementation JakartaMultiPartRequest wasn't thread safe,and it will NOT cleanup previous uploaded files,those files will increase and all inject to Action.
