[WW-3583] Autocomplete doesnt work. Also, Tab index is not working.

Description

1. If user enters a value in the field which is from the autocompleter list(Case also matches), then the onchange event of the autocompleter is not fired.

For example if "AA,AB and AC" are in the autocompleter list and if user enters "AA" in the autocompleter field and selects "AA" from the list, then the onchange event of the autocompleter is not fired at all.

If user enters "aa" and selects "AA" from the list, then the onchange event does fire.

2. Tab index doesnt work for the Autocompleter once the user selects a value.
