Description

Upgrading from version 2.1.2 to version 2.1.8 the behavior of disabled select lists have been broken:
when a select list is disabled a hidden input field is generated to keep track of the value in the form submits.
Having added the 'disabled' attribute to the hidden.ftl this field disabeld, so it is unuseful!
