[WW-2962] Struts2.1 datetimepicker contains wrong characters for Japanese

Description

The datetimepicker can't display
"Tuesday" of calendar in Japanese environment.
The problem is that following two files contains
wrong characters for "Tuesday".

org/apache/struts2/static/dojo/nls/dojo_ja.js
org/apache/struts2/static/dojo/nls/dojo_ja-jp.js

In addition, these files contains some other wrong
characters for am, pm, and BC.

I could fix these files for my app.
