[WW-2033] [tiles] Raise more significant exception when a container is not found in TilesResult

Description

Currently, if TilesResult.doExecute does not found a container (i.e. when Tiles has not been initialized correctly), it raises a NullPointerException.
A better exception should be thrown, to clear what really happened.
