Description

As per https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANTUARIO-533, this task is to rename the WSSConstants ENCRYPT action as follows:

Old	New
WSSConstants.ENCRYPT_WITH_DERIVED_KEY	WSSConstants.ENCRYPTION_WITH_DERIVED_KEY
WSSConstants.ENCRYPT_WITH_KERBEROS_TOKEN	WSSConstants.ENCRYPTION_WITH_KERBEROS_TOKEN

The old action will continue to work for backwards compatibility reasons.
