[WSIF-1] Java2WSDL does not work properly for overloaded method in interface

Description

I am using the beta version of axis.
the interface against which I ran the Java2WSDL implements more than one
interfaces, one of the interface had overloaded methods.
after generating the code by running Java2WSDL( with -a option ), I observed
that
the last overloaded method's signature is repeated for all methods tahht has
same method name.
this happened consistently for other overloaded methods too.
