[WOOKIE-422] setting deploy folder path

Description

As mentioned in the documentation that the location of the folder for "hot deployment" is determined by the property "widget.deployfolder" defined in widgetserver.properties file.

Can anyone please tell that would this be any location even outside the WAR package?
