Description

When widget instances are requested, the API automatically fills in a default height and width value for the instance in cases where no size is specified in the widget itself.

While this is usually OK, it doesn't really work very well for responsive widgets, where the expected size would perhaps be 100% width and auto height. However this would be up to the connector and the platform where the widget is rendered.

I propose that in future, where there is no specific height/width, the API should be configurable to return no values for these attributes, and leave it to the connector to handle the case however it wishes.
