[WOOKIE-235] API documentation on site doesn't specify versions where calls are supported

Description

Some of the API calls (e.g. POSTing a new widget) aren't supported in 0.9.0 but are introduced in 0.9.1. Suggest we add "since version x" or "from version y" to the doc.
