      Description

acek Kopecky <jacek.kopecky@deri.org> reported the following Woden bug on the W3C mailing list. See http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-ws-desc/2007May/0001.html.

      (may get obsoleted by Woden-157)
      SOAPBindingOperationExtensions does not have isHttpLocationIgnoreUncited
even though the SOAP binding seems to import this property (cf. first
bullet in section 5) Currently, Woden does not give me the value of this
      property on SOAP bindings.
